2.1 PRODUCT   INTRODUCTION
Heavy-duty chemical protective clothing is a special protective clothing that is applied the vicious incident caused by chemical production or leakage. It is mainly used in fire protection, petroleum, chemical, military, metallurgical and other industries. It plays an important role in accident rescue such as the disposal of chemical dangerous goods, corrosive substances, toxic and harmful gas or liquids.
The Haiante series non-woven acid-base chemical protective suit produced by the company conforms to the standards of GA770-2008 and GB24540-2009.
According to the level of protective clothing, it is divided into one class, two class and three class, which is suitable for the use of workers in industrial places.
The main objects of protection are acid-base chemicals, which can also be called chemical protective clothing for short. However, the protection of all acid-base chemicals cannot be covered. The chemical protective clothing produced by our company is divided into RHF acid-base chemical protective clothing and FH chemical protective clothing series.
RHF firefighters chemical protective clothing is using double flame retardant cloth coating butyl rubber for fabric style clothing, it has good chemical infiltration, gasoline resistance, ageing resistance, resistance to water penetration, cold resistant performance, such as silk single coated PVC fabric also has the performance of the flame retardant.
Products are widely used for firefighters and enterprises and institutions in the handling of chemical incidents wear. The series of chemical protective clothing products have been inspected as qualified products by the national fire equipment quality supervision and inspection center, and have obtained the industrial product license.
 
 
 
2.2 CLASSIFICATION
Protective clothing is a kind of protective clothing which consists of head cover, jumpsuit, anti-chemical gloves and anti-chemical rubber boots. Chemical protective clothing according to the type of divided into allocation of over pressure exhaust valve fully enclosed (positive pressure fire air breathing apparatus) and not configured over pressure exhaust valve semi-closed (positive pressure fire air breathing apparatus external) two kinds, and totally enclosed is also divided into two types: the configuration ventilation system and the non-configuration ventilation system. The Hu fabric used in chemical protective clothing is divided into double-coated PVC with flame-retardant cloth, double-coated neoprene for flame-retardant cloth, and double-coated with butyl rubber per side coated with PVC.
