1 Product introduction

1.1 Overview

This instruction manual is mainly for the Haiante HAT-DS series powered supply long tube air respirator, systematically introduce its classification method, product features and how to use and maintain, to provide some guidance and help for the correct selection of respiratory protection products. Respiratory protective equipment is personal protective equipment. In production site, daily life and some extreme situations, respiratory protection products are used to avoid damage to the human body caused by toxic and harmful substances in the environment through the respiratory organs.
The powered supply air respiratory protection products rely on the power to overcome the resistance of the components, provide the air source, and ensure the normal breathing of the personnel, such as the Haiante electric supply long tube respirator. Its characteristic is that the motor power is overcoming the suction resistance, thereby reducing the user's physical load. It is suitable for use in environments and occasions where the work intensity is high, the ambient air pressure is low (such as the plateau), the situation is critical, and the personnel are nervous. 3 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

3.1 USE ENVIRONMENT

Haiante HAT-DS series powered supply long tube air respirator blower is a special motor driven rotary socket jet. The main unit is a non-explosion-proof product. When working, the main unit should be placed in a normal air environment, and the air should meet the breathing standards. The air enters the annular passage with the change of the cross-sectional area from the suction port, and the air outlet is compressed and ejected, and enters the mask through the long pipe of the gas transmission to realize the long-tube air respirator of the constant-flow air supply. It can be used in harsh environments such as lack of oxygen or toxic gases, smoke, and dust.

3.2 HOW TO USE

1. After turning on the power, observe whether there is any abnormality in the operation, check whether the pipeline and the joint are leaking, and operate normally without any problems.
2. When wearing, first connect the long tube to the blower outlet hose (tightly), and the other end to the mask inlet (tightly) 0.6m away from the mask, and fix the hose on the belt, it is appropriate to not interfere with the free movement of the body. Then, open the fan and bring the cover to enter the work area. This model can be used by one or two people. When using one, remove the tee and tighten it.
Precautions:
1. The blower should be placed in a clean atmosphere and have special care by Designated person.
2. If there is a power outage or the machine is abnormal, immediately inform the staff to evacuate the site.

4 MAINTENANCE

After the powered supply type long tube respirator is used, the mask should be cleaned and disinfected. The outside of the long tube is cleaned and packed after drying. Make sure that the operating state is intact for future use. The whole machine should be stored in a dry, ventilated, non-corrosive atmosphere, and should be kept away from heat and direct sunlight, and oil is prohibited.
